F. Nur Ibaoglu Zahnd is an ex-expatriate living in Switzerland since 2001. She is a Swiss and Turkish citizen. She is a certified professional coach, a relaxation and breathing therapist and a Reiki Master working with individuals from different cultures, especially with expatriates and their families.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She has specialised in Work Psychology and Organisational Development and has ten years of experience in multinational organizations in Human Resources Management.

In her independent practice she aims to help individuals from various backgrounds to rediscover their resources and potential and acquire skills that will enable them to “relax” and “progress” in their personal and professional lives.

She encourages “progress without stress”, within complete respect to their bodies and their overall balance and well being.

She works with a multi dimensional approach that includes coaching, breathwork, relaxation & reiki and in English, French and Turkish.
